The Goal

Showcase Builders FirstSource as the go-to resource for trusses and highlight their passion and dedication to their customers.

How We Did It

We created video content for Builders FirstSource Truss Yard and Builders FirstSource Corporate HR to support their vision and tell their story.

The Goal

This project was a fun project that involved multiple moving parts. First, we worked with Builders FirstSource Truss Yard to create a series of videos for customers and to highlight the passion and dedication that goes into building trusses.  Specifically short videos highlighting the bid process, customer service, quality, and technology. These videos focused on driving sales for customers and walking them through what a home build will look like and how Builders FirstSource will take care of them every step of the way.

In addition to the series of short videos for Builder FirstSource Truss Yard, we also created videos for Builders FirstSource Corporate HR to create a video for onboarding, hiring, and recruiting. They were looking for a video that was dedicated to telling potential future employees what Builders FirstSource is all about and showing them what to expect if they are hired.

How We Did It

A big part of this process was traveling to multiple locations, interviewing owners, employees, store managers, and more to get the content needed to convey the message and passion, which was key to this project being successful. This was a highly coordinated project, and we are thrilled with how both projects turned out!

Let’s break that down for what that could mean for online sales (not even including in-person sales, which are harder to track where that sale came from):
