The Logo Design Process

Our team starts every project by:

  • You complete a comprehensive questionnaire that our team sends you.
  • We follow that up with a discovery meeting. We’ll sit down with you and your team to better understand your vision, goals, target audience, brand strategy, and your ‘why.’ We will also conduct industry research to see what will resonate with your target audience and brainstorm multiple design ideas.

Working Together on Your Logo

Each designer assigned to the project will present a series of designs based on your feedback in the discovery meeting.

We’ll show you a presentation containing up to 5 different logo concepts following our brand guidelines. Included in the presentation are mockups with examples of how your new logo would look on different products and digital marketing collateral. You’ll share with the design team and your Marketing Strategist which aspects of each design you love and despise.

If you’re building a new brand, we start your design by sketching and translating it into digital renderings. Suppose we’re designing a digital ad or collateral. In that case, we focus on the end user, who it is that will be receiving your design. And not only that, but what we want them to do upon receiving it.

Understanding your target audience allows us to create a logo that will be true to you while staying focused on what your customer is looking for. We follow this process through all other creative design projects. The number of concepts shown depends on the scope of your project.

Each of your graphic design final projects will include either a presentation of the overall brand kit or the final files of your project.

We create a brand kit containing all necessary file formats that will be shared for you and your team to use across multiple platforms. They will include multiple logo variations, fonts, and color palettes.
